Do you have any outlet?
No. Currently Heylek is only available at our online shop.
Are these original?
Yes, they are original products of Heylek. We also sell impressions of designer fragrances.
Are you selling the real products?
We offer premium impressions of designer fragrances. Our perfume oils are crafted with high-quality ingredients to create refined, inspired aromas you’ll truly enjoy.
Disclaimer: Heylek competes with designer brands but does not use their fragrances and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We fully comply with the Competition Commission of Pakistan’s Act and its policies.
What is your return policy?
We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges. To qualify for a return, the item must be used no more than 15% of its total quantity and must be in undamaged condition.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your bank account.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

How long does it last?
Fragrance longevity varies from one perfume to another and depends on factors such as where it’s applied, the season, and the amount used. The expected lasting for each perfume is clearly mentioned in the performance section on its respective product page.
Why should I buy from the online store?
Shopping online allows you to explore perfumes, learn how they smell, and review their notes in detail. With our flexible exchange and return policy, you can easily return or exchange a fragrance if it’s not to your liking, all from the comfort of your home.
Do you use alcohol in your perfumes?
Yes, our perfumes contain alcohol.
What’s the best way to store perfumes?
Store your perfume in a cool, dark place. Exposure to sunlight can trigger chemical reactions that alter the fragrance’s scent, sillage, and projection.
Can Heylek perfume cause allergy or rashes?
We haven’t received such complaints; however, we recommend performing a patch test before applying any fragrance.
Will my namaz be acceptable if I use this perfume (it contains alcohol)?
Alcohol itself is not impure and is commonly used in medicines, perfumes, detergents, and other products. In Islam, the prohibition applies only to consuming intoxicating liquor (khamr) produced through fermentation. Non‑khamr alcohols may be used. Therefore, using perfumes containing alcohol, regardless of concentration, is permissible and does not affect the validity of namaz.

Do we provide the option for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. For orders over Rs 12,000, we require an advance payment of half the order amount to ensure a smooth delivery process.
